Fresh Bet Bits, Claire Burke Original Memories, Home Fragrance Product Updates and Commentary

Aromatique is a fabulous line of exceptional quality at prices that represent excellent value. We are still learning about Aromatique’s fragrance offerings as we only recently started carrying this line. Deb and I are very impressed with their scents which are quickly becoming some of our personal favorites.

We already stock Peach Pizazz, Fresh Fig, Summer Sorbet, Citrus Plum Berry and Smell of Spring. I recently added the Reed Diffuser Refill oil in Peach Pizazz and Summer Sorbet.

Aromatique has just released a brand new fragrance called Wildflowers which is only available at Gift Stores. Our new Wildflowers is available in Reed Diffuser Set and Reed Diffuser Oil Refill. Because this is a limited offering for summer, they are not offering the room spray in aerosol or 5 oz glass candles. We have also recently added the Fresh Fig Decorative Fragrance (aka potpourri).

When I started this business 10 years ago, Claire Burke had a lovely peach scent called Peaches & Dreams. Sadly, it was not very popular and the company discontinued it. We still gets requests occasionally for this classic fruity scent.

Over the years I have seen many scents come into fashion and others discontinued as the trends constantly change in our business. Peach scents have not been really offered over the past 8 years, so you can imagine my surprise and delight when I saw the new Peach Pizazz being offered by Aromatique for 2008.

I took one of their Peach Pizazz votive candles to our hotel room and the fragrance and throw were amazing! I absolutely adore this new scent by Aromatique and I simply cannot describe how fabulous the scent throw was of their candle which completely fragranced an entire room. We are starting out with their room spray, reed diffuser, refresher oil and glass candle.

Aromatique is also bringing back Summer Sorbet in fresh yellow and green colors for Summer 2008. All of the Aromatique sprays and oils are wonderful! They present great value and the scents are true and long-lasting. As our Aromatique business grows, please know we will be adding their lovely Decorative Fragrances (aka Potpourri) to our offering. We now stock: Room Spray, Glass Candle and their lovely refresher oil & brass light ring set.

I am thrilled to hear that Claire Burke Original warmer refills are finally in after such a long wait. I look forward to receiving my back order. We are all very impressed with Aromatique. Their colors are gorgeous and the scents are simply divine! While we are not yet offering their Decorative Fragrance (Potpourri), we do now offer their Room Spray, Refresher Oil, Candles and Reed Diffusers.

For Spring, please consider a beautiful old-fashioned floral bouquet called “The Smell of Spring”. Their Fresh Fig is already selling well for us and is a great clean scent that is not too sweet. Our newest arrival is Citrus Plum Berry. YUM!

Long cold winter evenings are perfect for the brass light ring with refresher oil set pictured above. Simply add refresher oil to the lamp ring and place onto a light bulb. Please don’t fill the trough completely full though. When you turn the lamp on, the heat from the bulb will gently release wonderful fragrance into your room.

We also offer Room Spray and Glass candle in this lively citrus blend. Enjoy a fragrant blending of citrus, plums, and berries touched by a hint of musky vanilla and remind yourself that Spring is on the way!

I have long known of Aromatique and remember admiring it nearly 10 years ago when I started this business. Aromatique has always stood firm that they only allow brick & mortar gift shops to retail their beautiful products. For this reason, we were never eligible before to offer this fine product line.

This month, while attending the January Gift Show in Atlanta, I stopped into their showroom to try again. Voila! Success! So, I am indeed proud and excited to report that we have now been accepted as an Aromatique retailer in our area.

They gave me a Peach Pizazz votive candle to bring home and I have to tell you I was VERY IMPRESSED with the fragrance and scent throw. For such a small candle, it did an excellent job of fragrancing my entire kitchen and even wafted into the living room. Excellent performance!

Their glass candles are 5 oz and sell for $10.00 - a great value! Their room sprays are comparable to Claire Burke and sell for $10.00. I am so happy to be able to offer you a brass light ring with refresher oil set. These are perfect for winter evenings.
