Several years ago we offered these fabulous soaps by Simple Scents. They are all natural and made in Australia. The fragrances are wonderful and they are reasonably priced considering all the moisturizing ingredients they offer like Shea Butter and Glycerin.

We are excited to introduce our new line by Kiss Me In The Garden of Fresh Fruit Shea Balms. I sampled this shea balm last year and simply fell in love with the creamy, rich formula. At that time, the scent was an orange and vanilla blend – simply yummy.

These are handmade in California by a small company that produces a mostly all-natural product. These balms contain 15% shea butter which is one of the best known moisturizers available.

Personally I use this on my face as a daily moisturizer because it absorbs quickly and never feels greasy.

We have had lots of customers who visit our local store request more variety in bath soaps. Currently we offer wonderful shea butter soaps by Pre de Provence that are imported from France. These soaps are triple-milled to last a long time as they moisturize sensitive skin and soothe your senses with great fragrances.

Last year we added herbal soaps in Chamomile, Comfrey, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. There are some great “beauty” soaps in Calendula, Oatmeal, Seaweed and Lemongrass. We recently had a customer who was concerned about getting Badger SunScreen when she ordered the Badger SPF Sunblock. This item used to be called Sunblock and we had it loaded on Amazon with that description. At some point Badger changed the product to be a Sun Screen, so Deb inquired with the Factory for clarification.

Thanks so much for your interest in our products. Our sunscreens used to be called sunblocks, but we changed the name to adhere to FDA regulations. We did not change the formula in any way – just the name. The FDA does not allow products to be labeled as sunblocks. Because our sunscreens contain zinc oxide, we must adhere to the FDA’s regulations.

Sunscreens with a critical wavelength over 370 nm is considered by the FDA to provide excellent UVA protection. Badger SPF 30 has a critical wavelength of 377 nm and Badger SPF 15 has a critical wavelength of 376 nm.
