Greenleaf usually introduces several new scents each year. This year they have released only one new fragrance for Fall and Winter 2008. Pomegranate is a sweet and juicy blend of Pomegranate and Green Apple.

The beautiful magenta color is cheerful and bright and reminds me of a fruity cherry type of scent. We are starting out with their Room Spray, Hourglass Candle, Aroma Decor Diffuser (effusion) Oil, Sachet and Reed Diffuser Oil refill.

Olive Oil Organics are made by the folks at Old Virginia who produce WoodWick candles. This is an entirely new line featuring 100% all natural olive oil and beeswax with essential oil fragrance.

The reason I love these is because they are all-natural and do not utilize paraffin wax. They are designed to liquefy quickly to form a pool of highly scented oil that releases fragrance fast. The best comparison I can provide, is they would be similar to the Glade candles in the shallow metal bowl.

You may have noticed we did not have the Original warmer refills showing on our website for the past few months. This is because the Factory was out of stock. Recently, the Factory has promised these will be back in stock by June 20th at their warehouse.

Being the optimist that I am, I have returned these to the site so that you may again be able to order these. Because our site charges your card when the order is placed, you may prefer to call us (1-800-322-0525) to place your pre-order.

The new Fusion hand-blown art glass candles and reed diffusers by WoodWicks have finally arrived! Of course, they are simply gorgeous and every candle lover must have at least one.

I have just received a price increase notice from Technical Concepts. Effective July 1, 2008 there will be 5-10% increase due to raw material cost increases.

Mr. Whartnaby of TC says it has been 3-5 years since their last price increase and that they are doing their best to control costs and remain competitively priced.

We are all aware of increases in oil, packaging materials, steel and plastics. TC is committed to continue developing innovative hygiene solutions. As consumers, your understanding is most appreciated as we strive to enjoy the simple things in life during these difficult times.

This post is to allow you a chance to stock up at old prices during the month of June. In early July, Freshbet will be obliged to raise our pricing on TC products.
