We still get requests from our Original fans for Claire Burke scented drawer liners. Last Fall, the Factory asked if we would be interested in buying these. We said YES! Well, they needed a minimum purchase in order to have them produced. They asked for our commitment along with their other retailers.

I felt pretty good about this item, but after running a poll on our website and asking our customers via email; we found out there simply was not enough interest to warrant the minimum production. Thus, I am sad to report, these will not be made available this year.

If we ever have enough folks commit to buying the scented drawer liners, we will contact the Factory again.

Hi Bet,

No, the Haunted Home fragrance has been totally discontinued. There will be 3 new fragrances for Fall/Holiday. We had some samples at the January show, not sure if you remember, Slice of Spice, Cheers, and Leaf by Leaf.

The new management at Claire Burke is really working hard to provide us with more home fragrance options. Chuck and Richard were quite pleased to show us their new mini reed diffusers when we attended the January show. I thought they were fabulous, so I’m happy to report these will soon be available.

These are simply charming in person. In March, we will have these for $10.00 each. There will be Original and Apple Jack & Peel, as well as their 2 new scents: Wild Cotton and Vanilla Bean. For now, these are limited in availability until the Factory determines if they will make them available year-round.

If you grabbed any of these in the Winter Holiday scents of Christmas Memories, Oh Christmas Tree, Pomegranate Plum or Apple Jack, you know just how great they are for an office desk or powder room. These are the same size and price, just available now in more scent choices for 2009.

When we were at the January Gift show in Atlanta, Deb & I spotted these very cute little car air fresheners that look like a cross. They have nice religious sentiments and great fragrance for your car or closet. These sweet little car air fresheners would also be a nice addition to any greeting card as a small gift.

It was December 2006 when we moved into our wonderful storefront in downtown Central. Back then we had Leia, Jenn, Amber and Kate – all my “adopted daughters” who worked with us in between their school and social schedules. All of these young ladies have now moved into new periods in their lives.

We have had lots of customers who visit our local store request more variety in bath soaps. Currently we offer wonderful shea butter soaps by Pre de Provence that are imported from France. These soaps are triple-milled to last a long time as they moisturize sensitive skin and soothe your senses with great fragrances.

Last year we added herbal soaps in Chamomile, Comfrey, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. There are some great “beauty” soaps in Calendula, Oatmeal, Seaweed and Lemongrass.
