Feb 10th Open House Chair Massage

By freshbet On February 3rd, 2009

If you are a local, upstate customer of Fresh Bet, be sure to drop by on Tuesday evening February 10th around 6pm and meet Carole Rogers of Seneca, SC. My family has known Carole for at least 15 years when my parents used to go to Dave & Carole for massages. My husband & I also have had many massages given by Dave & Carole.

Carole was recently featured in the Seneca Daily Journal for her “healing hands” as the owner of Massage for Health in Seneca. We are pleased to announce that Carole has agreed to come to our store next week and give free chair massages for our customers as our way of thanking them for their support of our local store in Central.

Stop by on Tuesday, February 10th between 6-7pm and let us help de-stress your day with a relaxing chair massage.

New Pre de Provence Soaps

By freshbet On February 3rd, 2009

We have had lots of customers who visit our local store request more variety in bath soaps. Currently we offer wonderful shea butter soaps by Pre de Provence that are imported from France. These soaps are triple-milled to last a long time as they moisturize sensitive skin and soothe your senses with great fragrances.

Last year we added herbal soaps in Chamomile, Comfrey, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. There are some great “beauty” soaps in Calendula, Oatmeal, Seaweed and Lemongrass. For those with delicate skin we offer pure Milk soap. Trying never to forget all our male customers, we added Pecan, Sage and Sandalwood.

This year, Pre de Provence has added 3 great new scents: Vanilla Bean, Lavender and Mint Leaf.

All of these stress-relieving aromatherapy scents are available in convenient sizes at value prices of $4.50 – $5.00 per bar. We even offer a wonderful Green Tea tube of bath salts.

New WoodWick Mini’s are here!

By freshbet On February 3rd, 2009

The fine folks at WoodWick make a wonderful candle that is typically very fragrant and burns well to the end. When Deb & I attended the big show this month; I was smitten with these wicked cute new mini reed diffusers and mini-jar candles.

We have just received a shipment from WoodWick of their new minis and I just know you’re gonna love ‘em! First there is the very reasonable price and secondly this gives you a chance to try more scents or bail out of one more quickly that you didn’t like. After all, most of us have attention deficit these days and we get bored with the same scent that lasts too long.

If you love to try new scents and not break the bank doing it..these WoodWick mini’s are for you. Their charming size and inexpensive price make them perfect gifts for birthdays, Valentines, Get-Well, and any occasion where you want to give “just a little something”.

We are starting out with 6 Mini-Reed diffuser scents: Biscotti, Cinnamon Chai, Honeysuckle, Lavender, Lemon Sage and Redwood. Each mini reed is 2 ounces and will be a lovely addition to scent your office desk area for at least 30 days.

There are 12 new Mini-Jar scents: Biscotti, Cinnamon Chai, Honeysuckle, Lavender, Lemon Sage, Redwood, Sandalwood Clove, Tuberose and 4 brand new scents for 2009: Meadow, Petal, Ambrosia and Sheer Vanilla. These precious little 3.4 oz jars will burn for 40 hours and feature the traditional wooden lid and wick.
