Gosh Spring is a busy time and we just love getting in all these great new goodies! When I started this business over 10 years ago, it was common for the major home fragrance lines to release new fragrances in Spring, Fall and Winter. Often a scent would only be available for one season and then the factory would discontinue it to make room for the next season’s new fragrances.

Now, it seems we are lucky to get several new scents a year as everyone watches their budget these days. After all, it costs alot for these factories to produce a new scent with minimum production runs, labels & packaging, new catalogs, etc.

I blogged about the Factory price increases for 2009 a few months ago when I got the notice from the Factory. By now, most retailers have increased their sell prices on these items:

Claire Burke Potpourri was $12, now $14.
Claire Burke Simmer Oils were $12, now $14.
Claire Burke Tealights were $9, now $10
Claire Burke Votives were $9, now $10
Claire Burke Warmer Refills were $10, now $12
Vitabath Lotions were $15, now $18.
Vitabath Soaps were $5, now $7.

Fresh Bet has elected NOT to increase our sell prices at this time. This makes us your BEST price on the web and we trust our saavy shoppers will appreciate these savings.
